With the help of the Public International Law and Policy Group, the Anuak Justice Council has filed
a claim against the Ethiopian government at the International Criminal Court at The Hague in The Nertherlands. The claim charges

Since the time of the December 13th massacre, pro bono international legal aid has been offered in countries such as the Netherlands
and Norway, and in the US by the Center for Justice and Accountabilityand by the
Public International Law and Policy Group (PILPG), which was recently nominated
for a Nobel Peace Prize.
The Director of International Advocacy and the chairperson of the AJC work with these human rights legal groups to bring lawsuits
against the Ethiopian Government and its leading officials. A case
has been presented by the PILPG using the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court at The Hague in the Netherlands. A
case is also being prepared by the Center for Justice and Accountability to be presented against any non-immune official of Ethiopia
who enters the US.
